Paper Registration Process
For those paying in installments, receiving Guiding or outside payment assistance, or paying by cheque/money order
Download and complete the following two applications
A5P (Registration Form)
IR.1 (Image Release)
Forward with payment (cheque or money order) to:
Girl Guides of Canada, 3581 Dutch Village Rd.
Halifax, NS B3N 2S9
If payment is not accompanying registration, please indicate on registration form how payment will be made. Please note you will be contacted within two weeks of receipt of paperwork to confirm payment options.
Returning member re-registration forms will be processed as received from April 2 2012 onward.
Please note every attempt will be made to enter paper registrations ASAP but there could be delays in your daughter/ward being placed in her preferred unit.
