In Guiding, women Members provide:
-leadership for girls' Units, implementing the program according to the methods, policies, standards and rules of the organization.
-administrative support through Councils and Committees, advice, assistance and training for adult Members through such positions as District Guiders, Advisers and Trainers
-support to the organization
Our senior Youth Members (Rangers) bring a new persepective and can make valued
contributions to the Provincial Committees as well. The Provincial Advisory Committees as well as
Provincial Task Groups may present interesting opportunities where Rangers can learn and grow
while volunteering at this level. Check out the volunteer Opportunities below and complete the
application process if something interests you!
