Extraordinary Options or Extra Ops (EO) is an
innovative way of delivering Guiding to a wider spectrum of girls.
With EO Units, the Mission, Vision, and Principles are interpreted by the unit girls and Guiders
while pursuing more focused activities than the traditional Branch Programs (e.g. singing or sports).
Instead of Program Objectives, EO units have goals and purposes.
Instead of badges and challenges, EO units have selected activities.
