  
Adult Guiders
Kwah-ee provides a place for Adult Guiders to develop and expand on their leadership skills by working with other Guiders within the Province. Kwah-ee provides and avenue for mentoring; where experienced Guiders can share their expertise with other Guiders with limited camping experience.
Winter Kwah-ee camps: Adults staff the camp only preparing for and carrying out the camp theme for the weekend. The camps are held in a residential facility with separate bunk facilities for the campers. Program, First Aid and Quartermaster Guiders are given a predetermined budget to purchased camp necessities.
Summer Kwah-ee camps: Adult Staff attending are given an honorarium at the end of the week to help cover transportation expenses they may occur.

Throughout the week, responsibilities of adult staff include:
- Setting up tents for the campers, Patrol Leaders and Shadows and Staff.
Attending a staff meeting to finalize activities.
- Carrying out the prearranged schedule.
Often the schedule has minor changes due to weather and other circumstances.
The staff assists the campers with carrying out the daily duty roster.
- Attending nightly staff meetings to review the day and to prepare for the next day’s activities.
Assisting Patrol Leaders and Shadows with nightly duty.
- Providing a safe, fun camping experience for the campers.
- Assisting with break down of camp and assuring that campers leave with all their belongings.
