 
Independent Interprovincial Camps
Guiders who wish to travel independently to an event or camp independently in another province are required to complete THREE (3) copies of the ‘Inter-provincial Independent Event /Camp Application Form’ and THREE (3) copies of the ‘SG.3 Activity Notification or Authorization’ form found on the National Girl Guide Web Site.
The ‘Inter-provincial Independent Event/Camp Application Form’ and the SG.3 Activity Notification or Authorization form’ is to be sent to the Provincial Camp Committee attn: Event / Camp Travel Selection Committee, Guide House 3581 Dutch Village Road, Halifax, B3N-2S9
at least THREE (3) months prior to travel for the approval and further communication.
Guiders should be directed to the requirements in the Safe Guide for preparation and travel guidelines.
A record of this application will be kept at Guide House in our Provincial Travel/Camp Binder.
Required Signatures:
CAMPING EVENT – When applying for a camp you MUST have a signature from the appropriate level. This is your District Camping Adviser or your Area Adviser (if there is no District Camping Adviser) and appropriate Commissioner. (This is usually your District Commissioner.)
NON-CAMPING EVENT – For a non-camping event only appropriate Commissioner’s Signature is needed.
**** Advisers and Commissioners must review ALL paperwork involved before signing.
